The Home Business Industry is seeing a large influx of Corporate Executives and we are now seeing the rules of the game changing. With their entry they are bringing leadership in developing sales teams, training top teams, out sourcing and strategic business alliances that reach Globally. These added competencies should assist in much higher success rates within the industry.
The Old Organizations will limit your success. Yes limit your success and you heard it here first. Today is a new day and a great day as Corporate Executives are joining these organizations and building structures into them. These structures will allow you to leverage Global Resources that the Giant Companies once held in monopolies. You should see success rates rocket in these organizations. So choose wisely before jumping to a business with someone that was broke 2-3 years ago. Failure rates are way to high.
New members will now have access to cutting edge Marketing methods, state of the art communication structures, focuses and well developed training systems that will enhance skills as they are developed and last but not least, you will see a rise in leadership abilities that ties it all together. Any home based business will need to provide training resources. These resources’ goal should be to better training the team to raise success rates. Live training events should be held as optional training methods. This way your serious members can come in and take advantage of advanced training and you can build them into leaders. Accelerating your team’s success has to be the number 1 goal.
The single greatest factor to your success in your attitude, your commitment and your motivation. The Leader of your group will be the second greatest factor in your quest for success. The two combined will outweigh all over factors. Your leader must be a Global Mentor. In case you have not noticed the Markets are now Global. If you are to succeed, you need to have someone that has experience and has Strategic Business Partnerships in multiple countries.
The rich understand the term leverage, but most do not. Leverage is something you must study as it is the quickest way to build wealth. Each of your tactics and techniques to build your business should involve some sort of leverage. Without leverage you really have a sold proprietorship type of business and that is much too much work.
How will you motivate yourself and more importantly how will your Leader motivate the team? Once you commit to owning your business, you need to build in a motivational platform to keep you motivated. All things become dull after a while and you will need to be motivated from time to time when life tries to interrupt your successful business venture.
You need to find that one burning desire that will keep you focused on your goals and dreams. Another key aspect of reaching success is how your leader should assist you in developing small steps that tie into the larger goal. Each of the small steps should be celebrated to keep you and your team motivated to reach the next step. No one out there is doing this because it requires work. Sad but true.
How will your Leader / Global Mentor feed and cultivate your greatness? Each of us was born with the innate ability to achieve greatness in our lives but somewhere along the way most of us got lost and stop believing….settled on the premise that we will not be great. This is the saddest event in life except for losing a loved one. In a way it is the same thing. You must cultivate and feed your greatness. Just do it. Go for it.
